Workshop 2: Identifying Goals and Key Measurements of Progress
How Identifying Goals and Key Measurements of Progress will Provide a Prioritized Road Map to Achieving Positive Results! Learn how to set goals, 3 months, 6 months, one year, five-year, etc. Utilize key performance indicators to measure performance for a particular activity to ensure your nonprofit is on track to meet all of your goals. Learn to choose the right KPIs for different aspects of your nonprofit.
Workshop Goals:
- Develop a listing of key goals to measure success of each Attendee’s organization
- Develop a method to choose the most important goals to focus on
- Learn a means to present a five-year grid of measurable goals meaningful to their board
- Create a summary of their organization’s Mission, Vision, and Key Measurable Goals for five years; sustainable method to track and reproduce updated grid in future.
John Panarese, having spent over 40 years in Sales Management and Marketing across a diverse set of industries, including extensive work with nonprofits, is ideally qualified to lead the discussion on how to communicate the mission, and the importance of setting goals and how to measure progress.

I am so thankful that a few of my fellow Batavian’s recommended the Batavia Chamber of Commerce to me. Since I joined I feel as though I have been blessed with a second family with all the support and motivation I get from them on a regular basis. Margaret, Patti and Shirley are the most amazing women. They have great passion for business and helping people. I truly feel they care about my business on a personal level and want to see it grow and succeed as much as I do! They have gone the extra mile to get my name and my business name out there and introduce me to the business community. The Chamber has so many opportunities available that have helped my business both grow and problem solve such as the free monthly Networking It events. I highly recommend the Batavia Chamber of Commerce to all business professionals.
