Rosary High School's 14th Annual Candlelight Ball will be held Saturday, March 21 at the Naperville Marriott. This year's event will celebrate Sister Mary Paul McCaughey, O.P., who exemplifies the Dominican values of Rosary High School. Sister Mary Paul, former Rosary teacher (1975-1983) and former Superintendent of Schools for the Chicago Archdiocese, will share her experiences and lessons learned from leading the Catholic schools in America's third-largest archdiocese. Candlelight Ball is Rosary High School's largest fundraiser. This festive event allows our alumnae, families, friends and supporters to enjoy an evening of celebration while assisting Rosary in raising funds for a wonderful cause--our students! The evening will feature a fine dining experience, entertainment by the Rosary Ensemble, and dancing to the music of Chef Dan and the Appetizers. Chairing the event are Lori (May '78) and Jay Bergman. For sponsorship and ticket information, visit http://rosaryhs.com/candlelightball. Rosary High School is a Catholic, college-preparatory high school for young women located at 901 N. Edgelawn Drive in Aurora, and sponsored by the Dominican Sisters of Springfield, Illinois. I am so thankful that a few of my fellow Batavian’s recommended the Batavia Chamber of Commerce to me. Since I joined I feel as though I have been blessed with a second family with all the support and motivation I get from them on a regular basis. Margaret, Patti and Shirley are the most amazing women. They have great passion for business and helping people. I truly feel they care about my business on a personal level and want to see it grow and succeed as much as I do! They have gone the extra mile to get my name and my business name out there and introduce me to the business community. The Chamber has so many opportunities available that have helped my business both grow and problem solve such as the free monthly Networking It events. I highly recommend the Batavia Chamber of Commerce to all business professionals.
