Learn the importance of keeping it real with whole, original foods. We will discuss the nutrients in real foods, what they do for our bodies and how to shop for and prepare whole foods. Make your own on-the-go snack to take home and learn easier, healthier ways to avoid convenience food pitfalls. $25 or $60 for series (11/8, 12/13 and 1/17)
