We are a psychotherapy practice that guides others in self healing to uncover their life's purpose. We treat depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health issues. We do couples, family, group, and individual therapy. We use theraputic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and committment therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, prolonged exposure therapy, prolonged cognitive therapy, grief therapy, and dialectable behavior therapy.
