Non profit organization that supports single moms: Embrace a Family matches the time and talents of volunteers with the needs of the single mom.
Single moms work hard to support themselves and their families. They face the daily stresses of job, household, nutrition, nurturing and finding relaxation for themselves. Many of them have the extra challenges of low income, a hostile or non-supportive relationship with the father and lack of a local extended family.
Our goal is to provide Single Moms with tangible assistance in the areas of need which they have defined

I am interested in networking with members of the Chamber who would be interested in furthering our mission. Opportunities are available in identifying moms in needs, volunteering for specific activities, and raising funds.
