Primary markets include semiconductor & wafer processors, commercial foodservice, natural gas and petroleum, industrial gas and chemical markets, medical device manufacturers, pharmaceutical processors, and aerospace and military customers.
CAS engineers and technicians utilize industry-leading technology to design, test, manufacture and inspect a wide array of standard and custom-engineered heating and cooling products. An ISO-9001 Certified company, CAS has a comprehensive in-house Research and Test Lab featuring X-ray & ultrasound technology, vacuum chamber testing, infra-red thermal imaging, and accelerated life cycle testing. Element analysis (FEA) and solid state 3-D CAD imaging are employed by our dedicated New Product Development Team.
High-volume exact-copy manufacturing is supported by a large in-house foundry, an array of multi-axis programmable CNC machines, a large on-site cleanroom, and micon-accurate coordinate measuring machines (CMM), plus an advanced ERP system featuring real-time batch and part-level tracking.
CAS serves OEMs and end-users from our headquarters near Chicago, and via a network of distributors and application engineers located throughout North America, Europe and Asia.
