John Dillon Named 2022 Batavia Citizen of the Year

100 Women Who Care Fox Valley is this year’s Spirit of Batavia honoree.  BATAVIA, ILL – December 8, 2022 – One of Batavia’s “unsung volunteers” was named the 2022 Batavia Citizen of the Year (COTY) today.
