D&M Home Improvements Corporation is a licensed residential contractor that specializes in roofing, siding, gutters, windows and much more.  We are conveniently located in Warrenville, IL right off of Route 59.  D&M has been servicing the Chicagoland area for four years and is ranked as one of the top growing roofing/siding contractor companies in the Warrenville area.  We are looking for an experienced full time sales associate to add to our growing D&M Family!

Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Skills
• Ability to retain new customers
• Onsite Job Inspections
• Negotiation and closing contract
• Prepare and provide on site estimates
• Presentational Skills to clients/business owners
• Develop and grow long-term relations with current and future customers
• Team Oriented
• Ability to climb ladder's and walk on roofs
• Numbers oriented with ability to retain tape measurements

Job Requirements & Skills

• Excellent written/oral communication skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word & Excel Program(s)
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment with ability of quick decision making

Preferences

• Siding Estimates: 1 Year (Preferred)
• Roof Estimates: 1 Year (Preferred)
• Window Estimates: 1 Year (Preferred)
• Gutter Estimates: 1 Year (Preferred)
• Customer Service Experience: 1 Year (Preferred)
