Janitorial Aid Crew Leader-Substitute (Part-time)

What will you be doing?

• Leading a three-person crew and working with individuals with diverse disabilities
• Training and supervising people with disabilities on janitorial cleaning skills
• Cleaning worksites both at AID and within the community
• Completing paperwork and reporting on client progress/behaviors

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in the cleaning industry
• One year of experience working with individuals with diverse disabilities
• A valid Illinois driver’s license and automobile insurance
• Ability to acquire and maintain CPR, first aid, and non-violent intervention certifications
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
