Author Joy Loverde will share tips for aging with grace, humor and a motivating spirit when she presents “Successful Aging: Discover What’s Next for You” on Tuesday, Nov. 7 at 2 p.m., at The Holmstad, a faith-based, not-for-profit senior living community located at 700 W. Fabyan Parkway, in Batavia. A leading expert on successful aging and eldercare, Loverde will share proven strategies for planning a satisfying and secure future. Guests will learn how to plan effectively and prepare for life’s emergencies, finances, legal issues and more. Plus, she’ll explain the different options for senior living and health care services and share questions to ask when considering any option in retirement living. Loverde is the author of the book, “The Complete Eldercare Planner: Where to Start, Questions to Ask, How to How to Find Help” and this month, “Who Will Take Care of Me When I’m Old?” Her insights have also been featured on the Today Show, CBS Early Show and others.
