This is a new spin on our popular Cookin’ Class series! Come into our kitchen and roll up your sleeves to have some fun cooking with both Chef Dave and Abbey Farms’ very own Adam Voirin! This class is all about taking a simple bread recipe and parlaying it into amazing apps to warm you up this cold holiday season! Abbey Farms cheddar garlic beer bread (that’s right, you will make it from scratch and we will bake it together!) Guacamole Bruschetta (you will never look at an avocado the same way again!) Simple and easy flatbread - no more store bought dough! Chef Dave's Deep-dish pizza (this will be demonstrated - and enjoyed at the end of class!) And...bringing it home for dessert with some Chocolate Bread Pudding! Anything not eaten is yours to take home! A few things are needed for this class - be sure to bring your favorite mixing bowl and your favorite chef's knife. We will start the class with a demonstration on how to sharpen your knives, and then give you a chance to sharpen your own! *Sorry—free drink tickets cannot be used to redeem our new Marmion Abbey Ale **Please note: the class may run a bit long depending on size and questions from audience!

I am so thankful that a few of my fellow Batavian’s recommended the Batavia Chamber of Commerce to me. Since I joined I feel as though I have been blessed with a second family with all the support and motivation I get from them on a regular basis. Margaret, Patti and Shirley are the most amazing women. They have great passion for business and helping people. I truly feel they care about my business on a personal level and want to see it grow and succeed as much as I do! They have gone the extra mile to get my name and my business name out there and introduce me to the business community. The Chamber has so many opportunities available that have helped my business both grow and problem solve such as the free monthly Networking It events. I highly recommend the Batavia Chamber of Commerce to all business professionals.
