Description
The Guest Encounter: An insightful and profitable look at your customer?s service
What happens when a "guest" (customer, client, patron or patient) encounters your organization? Many business owners and managers feel they already have customer service and sales under control and additional training isn't an issue. However, in our years of experience in secret shopping we have found a significant number of companies missing opportunities that cost nothing but can have a huge impact on their bottom-line.
In this fast-paced session, Laurie Guest will share the key areas her firm evaluates when completing a Guest Encounter report card for your business. Everyone in attendance will leave with a self-shop document and instructions on how to make sure you are scoring high in customer engagement.
About the Speaker
Laurie Guest, CSP, is well-known for her imaginative ideas and entertaining style. This Midwest native invigorates the audience with lively, empowering messages.
Laurie is a member of the National Speakers Association and is a Certified Speaking Professional, a designation held by less than 10% of speakers worldwide. To earn this distinguished honor, Laurie speaks to thousands of people each year and consistently receives stellar ratings. Her ability to blend real-life examples with proven action steps is the reason over three-quarters of her clients asks for an encore appearance.

I am so thankful that a few of my fellow Batavian’s recommended the Batavia Chamber of Commerce to me. Since I joined I feel as though I have been blessed with a second family with all the support and motivation I get from them on a regular basis. Margaret, Patti and Shirley are the most amazing women. They have great passion for business and helping people. I truly feel they care about my business on a personal level and want to see it grow and succeed as much as I do! They have gone the extra mile to get my name and my business name out there and introduce me to the business community. The Chamber has so many opportunities available that have helped my business both grow and problem solve such as the free monthly Networking It events. I highly recommend the Batavia Chamber of Commerce to all business professionals.
